We Will Remember Them - Westland’s Passchandaele Commemorations – 90 Years |

This year is the 90th Anniversary of the Battle of Passchandaele, Belgium. A large contingent of New Zealanders will be travelling there for various commemoration services from 10-12th October 2007. The organisers have agreed to hold a similar commemoration, although on a smaller scale, at Hokitika’s Regent Theatre. The Theatre Committee, in partnership with Hokitika/Westland Returned Services Association, is planning a late afternoon service for Saturday 27th October at Hokitika’s Regent Theatre.
